Within 24–72 hours of your order, we will send you a kit with everything you need to take an impression of your furry friend's paw.

RESEND THE KIT

Please follow the enclosed instructions and use the return label provided in the kit. You have 14 days to return it to us; if you need more time, please contact us.

RECEIVE YOUR CREATION

We handcraft your jewel and ship it directly to your home within 3-4 weeks.
