Order your Nose Print Necklace or Nose Print Ring. Once your order is complete, we will begin preparing your kit with everything you need to collect your furry friend's nose print, comfortably from home.
Inside, you will find easy-to-follow instructions and a 100% non-toxic silicone, safe for dogs and cats, and gentle on their nose. The included material is sufficient for up to four attempts, so you can take all the time you need to get a perfect print.

Get the kit delivered to your home
Within 24–72 hours of completing your order, your kit will be shipped with everything you need to create your pet's nose print comfortably at home.

Create the imprint
Follow the instructions included in the kit and create an imprint of your four-legged friend's nose from the comfort of your home.
Take your time and choose a quiet moment when your dog or cat feels relaxed. If the first attempt isn't perfect, you can try again up to four times.
Every small detail will help make your jewel truly unique.
Resend the kit
Once you have taken your impression, place it in the provided container and apply the return label already included in the kit.
You will have 14 days from the delivery of the kit to return it to our lab.

We make it by hand
Once we receive your impression, our artisans begin crafting your jewelry.
Each creation is handmade in Italy, finished with care and attention to detail.
We will keep you updated step by step throughout the crafting process.
Production time: approximately 3–4 weeks.
Receive your creation
Once completed, your jewel will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to your home.
From that moment on, you will carry with you a unique creation, made to cherish a memory that will last forever.

What is your return policy?
As each fingerprint piece is custom-made from the unique fingerprint provided by the customer, returns or exchanges are not possible once production has begun.

Are there any purchases for which returns are not allowed?
Yes. Imprint jewelry is custom-made from the unique imprint provided by the customer.
For this reason, once production has begun, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as stipulated by Italian law for personalized products.
When will I receive my order?
After placing your order, we will ship your kit within 24–72 hours.
Once we receive your impression, our artisans will begin handcrafting your jewelry in Italy. This process typically takes 3–4 weeks.
When your jewelry is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to your address.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout Italy.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.
What happens if I can't get a perfect impression?
Don't worry. The kit contains enough material for up to 4 attempts.
If you want even more chances, you can add an extra kit to your order before shipping.
If, despite your attempts, you cannot get a suitable impression and decide not to proceed with the order, you can request cancellation before production of the jewelry begins. In this case, we will refund the order amount, deducting only the cost of the kit used and the shipping costs already incurred.

What if my cat or dog doesn't cooperate?
We recommend choosing a time when your four-legged friend is calm and relaxed. The kit includes enough material for up to 4 attempts.
For a more precise paw print, it may be helpful to gently hold your dog's muzzle still for a few seconds during the impression, without applying excessive pressure.

Can I purchase the kit without ordering the jewelry?
No. The kit is prepared and shipped exclusively as part of an Innera custom jewelry order.
This way, we can support you through every step of the process and ensure the best possible experience.
Will my pet's paw print be preserved?
No. Once your jewelry is complete, we will also return your original print along with your creation.
This way you can keep it, and if in the future you wish to create another piece of jewelry with the same print, you can simply send it back to us.
