After placing your order, you will receive our kit to take the impression of your pet's nose, paw, or your fingerprint.
Once we receive your impression, our artisans will craft your piece of jewelry entirely by hand in Italy.
When it's ready, we will ship it directly to your address.
What impressions can I turn into jewelry?
You can create a piece of jewelry using:
- Your dog's nose
- Your cat's nose
- Your pet's paw
- Your fingerprint
Each impression is unique and is faithfully transformed into your jewelry.
Will the jewelry be identical to my impression?
Yes.
Each creation is made starting from your real impression, maintaining its shape, details, and natural characteristics.
These small imperfections are precisely what make each piece of jewelry truly unique.
Where are the jewels made?
All Innera jewels are handmade in Italy by specialized artisans.
Each piece is individually finished with the utmost attention to detail.
When will I receive the kit?
We prepare and ship the kit within 24–72 business hours of order confirmation.
What does the kit contain?
The kit includes:
- Material for taking the impression (up to 4 attempts)
- Prepaid return label
- Detailed instructions with QR Code
- Innera gift box
What happens if I can't get a good impression?
Don't worry.
The kit contains enough material for up to 4 attempts.

Is the material safe for my pet?
Yes.
We use non-toxic and delicate materials, designed to be used in total safety.
The procedure only takes a few seconds.
Can I buy the kit separately?
No.
The kit is prepared and shipped exclusively as part of an Innera personalized jewelry order.
Do you return my impression?
Yes.
Once your jewel is completed, you will also receive your original impression along with your creation.
You can keep it or use it to create a new jewel in the future.
How long does the creation take?
After receiving your impression, processing generally takes 3–4 weeks.
During periods of high demand or holidays, times may be slightly longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout Italy.
For international orders, the cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes.
We ship throughout Europe and to numerous international countries.

Can I return a personalized piece of jewelry?
No.
Personalized jewelry is custom-made based on the unique impression provided by the customer.
For this reason, once production has begun, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as production has not yet started.
If the kit has already been shipped, any shipping costs already incurred may be withheld.

How can I take care of my jewelry?
To keep it beautiful over time, we recommend that you:
- Avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals
- Remove it before playing sports, swimming, or showering
