Custom Jewelry

After placing your order, we prepare your kit within 24–72 business hours.

The kit is shipped via Poste Business Express, with delivery generally expected within 48 business hours in Italy.

Once we receive your impression, our artisans will craft your jewelry entirely by hand in Italy.

Processing generally takes 3–4 weeks, plus shipping time for the finished jewelry.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or company closures, times may be slightly longer.

Non-Custom Jewelry

Non-custom jewelry is prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

Shipping Times

Once your order is shipped, delivery times are generally:

• Kit (Italy): approximately 48 business hours via Poste Business Express.
• Jewelry (Italy): 1–3 business days.
• Europe: 2–7 business days.
• Non-EU Countries: 5–10 business days.
